A. Fertility
Fertility is mean here is to the optimal operation of the reproductive organs of both the men and women so that they can perform well the function of fertilization. One factor affecting fertility is the intake of nutrients.
B. Substances Affecting Fertility Nutrition
1.Vitamin A, C, and E
As an antioxidant that serves to ward off free radical attacks against the walls of sperm and ovum.
Examples of Food:
Celery, carrots, oranges, all fruits and vegetables.
2.Vitamin B
Along with niacin, vitamin E and zinc as the material basis of women's reproductive hormones.
Examples of Food:
Poultry meat, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans.
3.Vitamin E
Prevent degeneration of the reproductive system (gonads easier to get a supply of fresh oxygen.)

4.Arginin
Strengthen the survival of sperm and prevent infertility.
Examples of Food:
Basil, beef, fish, beans, chicken.
5.Histamin
Affect the system ejaculation in men.
Examples of Food:
Meat, chicken, tempeh.
6.Likopen
Increase the quantity, improve the structure and nimbleness of sperm.
Examples of Food:
Red guava and watermelon.
7.Zinc
Strong of sperm.
Examples of Food:
Meat, liver, eggs and seafood.
8.Kalium
Reproductive hormones affect spending.
